A new chair for PWTAG
The Pool Water Treatment Advisory Group elected Ian Ogilvie as its new Chair at the AGM this month. Ian succeeds Colin Day, who served as Chair of PWTAG for two years.
Ian has many years’ experience in leisure management and training and runs his own consultancy specialising in pool matters. He represents the Institute of Swimming on PWTAG’s council.
Paying tribute to his predecessor, Ian said “Colin has chaired PWTAG with great skill, as the industry recovered from the effects of Covid. I intend to maintain this tradition as PWTAG builds on its 40 years as the industry’s expert voice. I’m looking forward to working with Mike Shuff of PALM Academy, PWTAG’s newly elected Vice Chair.”
