Swim England Safe Supervision Document 

In August 2024, Swim England created a guidance document for owners and operators of all public and private swimming pools in the UK who have a duty to ensure the safety of swimming teaching (lessons) and coaching (training) activities. It is also for those who are responsible for the provision of these services such as schools, swim schools, local authorities, non-profit organisations, clubs, private clubs and commercial management organisations.
